1. Artist rights
1.1 Streaming and Promotion
I reserve the right to stream the creation process on Twitch and share sneak peeks on my social media, unless we have agreed otherwise in advance.
1.2 Portfolio
I am allowed to show the commission as an example in my portfolio or as an commission example
2. Process
2.1 Payment and Commencement of Work
Work on your commission will begin only after I have received the full payment.
2.2 Initial Sketch and Revisions
Upon payment, you will receive an initial sketch. Significant revisions and corrections can be made at this stage.
The number of revisions provided depends on the complexity of the work. You will be entitled to 3 rounds of changes included in the commission price. If changes need to be made due to a mistake on my side, no Fee's will apply.
2.3 Additional Revision Fee
If you want changes to the final drawing beyond the included revisions, there may be an extra fee, unless the changes are due to a misunderstanding on my part.
2.4 Completion
After Completion, the Commissioner can download all Files Via Google Drive. The Commission File will be deleted 14 Days after completion
3. Duration
3.1 Duration
The time required for commission completion can vary significantly, depending on the complexity and type of commission. it ranges from several weeks to multiple months. You may request an update of your commission at any time, however, you may not rush me. In the event that a commission takes longer than planned/discussed, you will be promptly informed in advance.
3.2 Deadline Agreement and Fee
Deadlines need to be discussed and mutually agreed on before the payment. Please note that tight deadlines, depending on their proximity, may incur additional fees, which will also be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment Method
Payments will be processed via PayPal Invoice. Other Payment methods are not (yet) available
4.2 Pricing and Currency
My prices are in euros (€). The final price can shift from the showcased price depending on the commission's complexity. If you're unwilling to pay the full price, your commission request will be declined. Please check the prices in your currency before commissioning me to avoid misunderstandings
4.3 Payment Confirmation
Please refrain from sending any payment until I have confirmed your commission slot and explicitly requested you to submit the payment.
5. Refund policy
Refund policies may vary for each commissioned work.
5.1 Full Refunds
• If I am unable to begin work on your commission, you will receive a full refund.
• If you choose to cancel your commission before i begin work, you will be eligible for a full refund.
5.2 Partial Refunds
• In cases where I cannot complete your commissioned artwork within the agreed-upon deadline, you may request a refund for the deadline fee.
5.3 No Refunds
The commissioner may only request a refund if they meet the eligibility criteria, and any refund must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
6. Illustration Ownership
6.1 Re-selling of illustrations
If the Clients decides to resell the illustration along with an original character associated with it, they may ask for permission. The resale price shouldn't surpass 20% of the original commission price. Any sale exceeding this limit must be discussed, agreed upon, and documented in writing.
6.2 Independent re-selling
The client is not permitted to sell the illustration independently; it must always be accompanied by an associated original character.
7. Vtuber Process
7.1 Communication
Ongoing discussions, work-in-progress updates, and related matters will be held through Discord or Twitter for convenience purposes. Please provide a character reference, preferably in the form of a reference sheet, to avoid misunderstandings during the Model-making.
7.2 Publication
After completing your Vtuber commission, I will coordinate with your debut date (or after 1 year of completion) before publishing your full model on my website. You may advertise your Debut with the WIP's i gave you.
7.3 PSD File Review Prior to Rigging
Before starting the rigging process, it is essential that I, the rigger, have the opportunity to review and approve the PSD file associated with the model. This step ensures that all necessary details and elements are in place for the rigging process to proceed smoothly.
8. Rights
8.1 Commercial Use
You have the freedom to use your Vtuber model for any commercial purposes, including streaming, selling, advertising, and social media promotion.
8.2 PSD and LIVE2D File Usage
You are permitted to use the PSD and LIVE2D file for future work on your model such as additional assets.
8.3 Modification
The original model rigger is authorized to make essential modifications for rigging purposes. Any non-rigging-related modification requests from the client must be accompanied by written permission from me, the artist.
8.4 Changes after Completion
You are entitled to request up to 3 updates for rigging should you encounter any errors on your model after it's completion. This request must be made within six months of the completion date or within six months after the debut, if the debut occurs within two months after completion.

Vtuber Model Sale and Ownership Transfer
9.1 Vtuber Model transfer
Under special circumstances, the sale and transfer of ownership of the Vtuber model may be considered. However, any such arrangement must be discussed and agreed upon in advance by both parties. In the event of such a transaction, the terms and conditions that originally applied to the model shall be equally binding on the new owner, as agreed upon by both parties.
9.2 Vtuber Model Sale pricing
After both parties agree to transfer ownership, the Vtuber model may be offered for sale, with the condition that the resale price must not exceed 20% of the original commission price. Any sale exceeding this limit must be discussed, agreed upon, and documented in writing.
When you purchase a commission from Shaovie, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the digital artwork to third parties without the explicit permission of the artist and/or the proper commercial rights.
I, Shaovie, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork
As the artist, I retain the rights to promote, publish, display, and share the artwork in any desired manner, including but not limited to my website, social media, books, and other platforms.
You, the commissioner, have the following rights
You are allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal purposes, with the exception of any other agreed-upon uses. This includes printing the art and asserting rights over your character(s) but not the artwork itself. You may use the artwork for limited promotional purposes, provided that the artwork is not the primary focus of the promotion and proper credit is given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted and you will be put on a blacklist
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without owning a license
• Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
• Removing any watermarks/signatures
without my, the artist's, consent.
• altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
• Using the commissioned work for AI related use and publishing it
Commercial rights to the artwork will incur an additional fee of 1.5x for promotional use and 2x for selling use

You are allowed to use the artwork for content creation, such as Twitch overlays or Patreon rewards, and have full usage rights for branding and promotional purposes. This includes incorporating the artwork into your promotional materials, advertisements, and other content aimed at enhancing your brand visibility
2.0x
You have permission to create merchandise using the artwork, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, and prints. Additionally, you may incorporate the artwork into books, covers, and props for various creative and commercial projects. You are also free to adapt and modify the artwork as needed to enhance your branding and promotional efforts, including its use in advertisements, online content, and marketing materials.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
